Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, value long-term customer relationships and want to build a successful business for the future.

Many of our Regional Partners will already have experience within the electrical or renewable energy industry. You may already be running an established electrical contracting business, installing solar PV systems or working within the wider renewable energy sector. Equally, you might be an experienced tradesperson who feels ready to build something of your own.

Technical ability is important, but so is the way you approach your work.

Our customers trust Solar First because we're honest, professional and committed to delivering high-quality installations. We want every Regional Partner to share those same values, taking pride in every project and treating every customer as if they were your own.

Current Regional Opportunities

We're taking a measured approach to building our Regional Partner network, carefully selecting the right people for the right locations.

We're currently inviting expressions of interest from businesses and individuals interested in representing Solar First in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

Our intention is to appoint one Regional Partner within each area, allowing every partner to focus on developing the Solar First brand and building long-term relationships within their local community.

As Solar First continues to grow, further Regional Partner opportunities will become available across the UK.

As Solar First has continued to grow, I've spent a lot of time thinking about how we can expand without compromising the values and standards that have helped us build our reputation.

I don't want to create a network of businesses tied up in unnecessary rules or expensive franchise agreements. I want to work alongside good people who take pride in their work and want to build successful businesses of their own.

That's why we're looking for Regional Partners rather than traditional franchisees.
